Lisa is a marketing and communications consultant, who lived and worked in London for many years. In her 30s, after deciding that there must be more to life than the grind of the city, she packed her bags and brought a one-way plane ticket to Norway to work for a startup.

 

She now lives in Oslo with her partner and their much-loved dog, in a house by the sea. Since moving, Lisa has focused her work on renewables and sustainability - combining her professional skills with causes she genuinely cares about: nature, animals, and yes, the comment section.

Sarah Illingworth studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford University before a life that’s taken her from boxing gyms and feminist circles in London, to an ashram in Cape Town. A writer and commentator, she has also written plays produced in Cape Town and remains fascinated by psychology, storytelling and the media, and how they shape the way we see the world.

 

Now back on her family’s farm in rural Australia, she’s slowly fixing it up and enjoying a quieter pace of life. When she’s not cross-stitching or falling down internet rabbit holes about celebrity, media and modern identity, she’s a devoted aunt to a niece she completely adores.
